As soon as we start to address this the body begins to relax and pain starts to dissolve.

Relieve Stress and Pain Naturally and Easily Now! Learn More

Pain is often no more than a signal to DO something. when we don’t listen to the signal it will get louder until we can no longer ignore it and are forced to do something about it. If we respond by trying to ‘patch things up’ with a painkiller or two we are not really listening.

Most often we are simply trying to ‘quieten’ the noise of the pain in order to get on with some daily task or other and the system responds by becoming stressed, which in turn compromises the immune system and could even make the problem worse. Very often it will lead to depression or lack of zest and energy to meet the challenges of life, work and home which might otherwise be an enjoyable and fulfilling experience

All of us want to have a healthy body and the best way to have one is by living a healthy lifestyle. If you always experience having pain in different parts of your body or you are always stressed out, then you are not taking good care of your health at all. It may be that you need to slow down enough to be mindful of what’s going on inside, not just on the outside

One way to prevent diseases is by reducing pain and stress. Pain and stress are major causes why we lack the drive to do our job and why we perform unsatisfactorily. Are you fit enough to overcome the physical challenges your work demands of? Avoid eating junk foods, processed meat products, and other unhealthy food rich in fats and carbohydrates. Instead go for fruits, vegetables, and whole grain products. This is what your body wants

Pause for a while

You can easily tell if your body already has enough. It speaks to you in many ways. Do not force yourself to work if you no longer have the energy to do so. listen to what your body is telling you. The best thing you should do is to pause for a while, relax your tired muscles, or just rest your brain for a few minutes. You can stand up, walk a bit and stretch your muscles.

Go outdoors

All work and no play will definitely make you weak and probably unhappy too. No matter how busy you get take the time to do some outdoor activities and be close to nature. Go out, smell the flowers, catch some sunlight and enjoy playing outdoors with your loved ones. Give yourself permission. Your body is just waiting for the go ahead

Hang out with your friends

Have dinner with your buddies, party with them, and do things together with your peers, like shopping, watching a movie, or just eating out. Their company will help you get your mind off stressful stuff for a while too. Do something together that makes you laugh. Laughter is really the best medicine. It boosts the immune system and helps to dissolve pain and stress

Try tapping!

The energy therapy called eft is a simple technique that you can easily learn and apply in minutes to destress and dissolve pain. Apply mindfulness to focus on the issue at hand, rate it on a scale of 0 to 10 for intensity and tap a few rounds. Then check if anything has changed.

You can access the full technique here: Natural Pain Relief

You will find a video that shows how to do the process and you will be able to follow along

Exercise

Exercise also helps improve your immune system and strengthens your bones and muscles at the same time. It can help you cope up with the physical demands of your job. You no longer have to worry about having back pains or tired muscles since exercise prepares your body for strenuous activities. Listen to your body, it often craves exercise and stretching. Try stretching like a cat right now and see how good it feels!

The simple everyday techniques presented above are tested and proven to reduce pain and stress. Once you apply the techniques to your daily life, you can perform your best in every task assigned to you. And if you apply the practice of mindfulness to everything that you do your body will respond manyfold, your spirits will be uplifted and constant stress and pain will become a thing of the past

Inner exercises are also beneficial

Try this one and see: Quick stress reduction meditation

Find a quiet space to be alone for a few minutes where you won’t be disturbed. Now sit quietly and take one or two deep breaths in. By applying this simple breathing technique you are already signalling to your body that you have started to slow down enough to listen at a deeper level and may even sense yourself starting to relax.

Now, since one of the things that makes us tense and stressed out is our own self judgement and being our own worst taskmaster (or mistress), lets just try a quick yet powerful antidote.

Imagine surrounding yourself with compassion.

Imagine how that would be, holding yourself without judgement and with gentle compassion and acceptance of yourself just as you are and in whatever state you were in when you started the exercise.

Keep on holding yourself in this ‘cocoon’ of compassion until you feel the tension simply melting away.

Then open your eyes and continue with what you are doing only now from a more relaxed and softer place.

How was this exercise for you?

Are you an optimal breather? Proper breathing is a skill and a natural body process.

Did you know that with each breath, your entire spine gathers and lengthens?

In the same way, with each in breath your torso widens and each time you exhale it narrows. This allows a constant, subtle internal motion or massage of the entire body.

That is in addition to getting oxygen to all your tissues.

Poor breathing patterns can seriously affect your physical body health and your mental and emotional well being.

Check out more about Optimal Breathing Click here

Please share your experiences in the comments box below.
